If you ever want anything interesting to happen to you… leave anything with a camera in it at home. It seems to work without fail. I stopped by the Eat Wonky Truck (see my earlier post on their Fabulous Fries) and a got a Wonky Dog (an all-beef Hot Dog covered in Poutine). Of course, since I didn’t bring any sort of camera… CBC was there filming a piece on Poutine. I recommend everyone stops by before the story airs so you can say that you knew them before they got all famous!
I just checked out their Twitter feed and it looks like our local PBS station was also filming:
Wow, big news day! CBC and WETA in tha house with us and @dcpietruck at Farragut Square!

Do you live near DC? My hubby and I have been dying to get to DC (we live just outside it) to check out some of these food trucks. They all look so awesome! Theres one in particular called Lobster Pound we wanna try.
Hi Donna,
Yep I live/work in DC, which makes it a little easier to catch up with the different trucks. A lot of them are running reduced schedules during the winter, but it is worth the effort trying to track them down. The Lobster Pound is especially worth the effort.
