Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
We’ve been on a red pepper fix. First with roasted red pepper dip, then frittata, and now hummus. I guess hummus is also a dip.
The recipe is here. If you’re making roasted red pepper hummus, add two roasted red peppers (we used jared), a little seasame oil and some smoked paprika before you blend everything together.
