		<description>My italian family has a similar recipe. I adapted it for those in my family who cannot eat whole wheat pasta.
 I used regular pasta, added sliced mushrooms,
added 1 16oz cancannelinni beans/or cooked lentils,
and I suppose a garlic hummus would also work with the spinach and artichoke flavors.....to add protein and
help the sauce coat the pasta. I also prefer romano cheese over parmesian, for more intense flavor.</description>
