		<description>Made this one tonight.  Fantastic.  Added our own twists, though.  

In cooking the chicken, either you need to tenderize (thus thinning) it a whole bunch or cook it longer, 7 minutes each side in our case.  

While dressing the plates, we added some fresh chopped basil and diced tomatoes.  These add some freshness to the taste.

With the proscuitto, don&#039;t stack when you chop it.  It sticks together and is difficult to peel apart.  

Overall, this is an excellent meal and can take less than 15 minutes to prepare if you have your stuff together.  In our case, it took about 45, but we had drinks in hand and didn&#039;t have the best of attention spans.</description>
