		<description>This does look yummy!  It is a similar recipe to a Bolognese sauce I make, but I use sour cream instead of heavy cream and occasionally ricotta cheese, which can dilute the flavor somewhat - so increase other ingredients as desired. Also some occasional fresh herbs and spices can perk it up - last time I used fresh Thyme.  
Serve with a glass of Chianti or similar full red wine, and pure contentment will follow.</description>
