		<description>Hi Nick, I actually didn&#039;t try the two different recipes. I combine the liquid and dry ratios from the red star, but used the butter from the other recipe. They are both very similar though and should work well.</description>

		<description>Hi Halle, I found that the waffles tasted too yeastie with the full packet. If you let the waffle batter sit overnight, the 1 tsp will have enough time to create enough rise. Try experimenting though! Both amount should work. Report back on how the 2 1/4 tsp works.</description>
