		<description>Thanks for the recipe! After visiting Bretagne many years I finally decided I have to make my own Galettes.
I noticed your Galettes look much more solid than those I know from Bretagne, and then realized why when you &#039;wimped out&#039; using that much butter! :) The ones I know must be cooked with a lot of butter/oil because they usually are full of holes, almost like lace.
I&#039;m sure yours taste just as great though</description>
